GitRunner - Terms and conditions
These GitRunner for Jira Plugin (the "Plugin") Terms and Conditions (the "Plugin Terms") are a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or on behalf of an entity) and Simon Software & Services di Paolo Bolla (the "3S") regarding your use of the Plugin.
If you are agreeing to these Integration Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, its affiliates, and all Users who access the Integration on its behalf to these Integration Terms. If you do not have authority, you must not accept these Integration Terms and you may not use the Integration.
If you do not agree to all of the terms in these Integration Terms, do not download, install, use, or copy the plugin.
All paid-via-Atlassian add-ons adhere to the Atlassian terms of use agreement. Additional end user agreement for additional terms may apply:
Privacy
Through the plugin, you can configure the Plugin one or more of your Git accounts to connect with multiple Git servers. You are responsible for your use of GitRunner and for the amount of personal information you choose to share with it through the Integration. After you uninstall the plugin the information related to your repository contained in the plugin tables will be deleted.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE Plugin IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, AND NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS GIVEN. YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. 3SÂ does not warrant that (i) the Plugin will meet your specific requirements; (ii) the Plugin is fully compatible with any particular platform; (iii) your use of the Plugin will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iv) the results that may be obtained from the use of the plugin will be accurate or reliable; (v) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Plugin will meet your expectations; or (vi) any errors in the Plugin will be corrected.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT 3S SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF GITHUB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) RELATED TO THE INTEGRATION, including, for example: (i) the use or the inability to use the Plugin; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Plugin; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third-party on the Integration; (v) or any other matter relating to the Integration.
3S reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Plugin (or any part thereof) with or without notice. 3S shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Integration.
Miscellaneous
No Waiver. The failure of 3S to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Integration Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Governing Law. You agree that these Integration Terms and your use of the Integration are governed under Italian law and any dispute related to the Integration must be brought in a tribunal of competent jurisdiction located in or near Milano, Italy.
No Modifications; Complete Agreement. These Plugin Terms may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized representative of 3S, or by the posting by 3S of a revised version. These Plugin Terms, together with any applicable 3S Terms and 3S's Privacy Statement, represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and us and governs your use of the Integration. These Plugin Terms supersede any proposal or prior agreement oral or written, and any other communications between you and GitHub relating to the subject matter of these terms (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Integration Terms).
